Barbara Ann (Jasinski) Beliveau, 81, passed away on December 10, 2021, after an extended illness. She was born on August 28, 1940 in Manchester, NH, the eldest daughter of the late John and Angela (Kula) Jasinski, also of Manchester. She was a graduate of St. Joseph’s High School, Class of 1958.
Barbara was a lifelong resident of the Queen City, where she made a home for her husband and her six children. She was a member and active participant of the Queen City Mother of Twins Club throughout the 1970’s and was a member of Faith Christian Center in Bedford. She later worked for the Manchester Transit Authority for 33 years as a School Bus Driver until her retirement in 2010. Barbara enjoyed baseball and was a passionate Red Sox fan. Vacations were spent traveling across the country in her club van with her husband, taking in the sights and visiting her children.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert E. Beliveau, Sr. of Manchester, her six children: Robert E., Jr. of California, Karen (Beliveau) Bouchard of Manchester, Scott of Oklahoma, Steven of Maine, Susan of Florida, Robyn (Suville) & Kevin Beliveau of North Carolina, her grandchildren: Keith and Austin Bouchard, Michael Uy, Nicole Beliveau, Sydney and Cooper Beliveau, sister and brother-in-law Janice (Jasinski) and Joseph D’Amico and two nephews, Michael and Jon D’Amico.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Girls at Work, 200 Bedford St., Manchester, NH 03101.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, December 15, 10-noon at the Durning, Bykowski & Young Funeral home, 285 Manchester St., corner of Beech St., Manchester, NH with a service to follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Mount Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd, Manchester, NH.
