Bridgett Mary Harris

Bridgett Mary Harris, born January 25, 1940 passed away at 84 years of age on June 4, 2024 in Goffstown, NH, peacefully, in her home.  Bridgett was born in Cashel County, Tipperary, Ireland to Michael and Johanna O’Brien.  Bridgett married her husband on June 13, 1967 and together raised their family while traveling throughout the country and overseas as an Air Force family.  Bridgett loved her children, gardening, church and playing bingo.  Bridgett was a feisty Irish woman that no one could forget once they met her.  She loved hard, she fought hard for her family, and she loved her heavenly father.  Her passing leaves a void here on earth that cannot be filled. Knowing she is with our Lord and savior brings the peace her loved ones need as their hearts heal.

Bridgett was preceded by her mother and father, three sisters and four brothers from England and Ireland, a daughter, Sylvia Ann Ritzel, and a son, PJ Kaulfurst. Bridgett leaves behind her husband of 57 years, Harold, her sister Theresa Jordan of Dublin,  Ireland, sons Aubrey Harris of Nashville, TN, Walter Harris of Cornelius, NC, daughters Theresa Halston of Boise, ID, Meldia Finley of Goffstown, NH, and Crystal Starks of Harrisburg, PA. Bridgett also leaves behind nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Bridgett was buried on June 8 2024, beside her daughter, Sylvia, at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bedford, NH
