Donna Beekman

Donna M. Beeckman, 64, of Nashua, NH passed away suddenly on July 17, 2023.

She was born March,3,1959, to Donald and Doris (Paquin) Beeckman. She grew up and lived most of her life in Manchester before recently moving to Nashua. She graduated from West High School Manchester, and the University of New Hampshire earning her BA in Communications. She worked many years in the insurance industry starting at New Hampshire Insurance and later at Oxford/United Health Care.

Donna was an avid reader, a great story teller, and had a special love for animals. She had many cats over the years including, most recently, her beloved calico, Addie Mae. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially with her great-nephew, Elliott, whom she absolutely adored! Her hobbies included quilting and cross stitch, playing words with friends and Wordle. Lots of fun was had playing cards and bingo with her friends and neighbors at Streeter Shores.

Donna is survived by her mother, Doris Beeckman, of Granite Ledges Concord; her brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Debra Beeckman of Manchester; her sister-in-law, Lu-Ann Beeckman Wagner and husband  Ed Wagner of Morgantown, W.VA; and especially her niece, Jillaine (Beeckman)Thomas and husband Paul

Thomas and great-nephew, Elliott, of Amherst;  two aunts, Anna Boisvert of Bedford and Mary Beeckman of Cheshire, CT and many cousins.

She was pre-deceased by her father, Donald Beeckman and her brother, David Beeckman.

Burial service will be private at Bedford Center Cemetery. A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
