Jane Gilchrist

Jane Gilchrist, 80 of Contoocook NH, passed away October 18, 2023 at her home. She was born July 7, 1943 in Concord, NH. Jane was predeceased by her parents, Cedric and Kathleen (Chappel) Gilchrist of Hillsboro, NH.

Jane was a graduate of Hillsboro-Deering High School in 1961. She was a graduate of Moore General Hospital as an LPN and a graduate of NHTI as an RN. In her long and rewarding nursing career, Jane worked at Concord Hospital, Concord Oral Surgery, and retired from NH Hospital in 2003.

Her wonderful spirit was enjoyed and will be missed by her many close friends.

A celebration of Life will be held for Jane at The Country Spirit Restaurant at 262 Maple Street, Henniker, NH from 12 noon to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 7th. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hopkinton Human Services, 330 Main St. Hopkinton, NH. 03229.
