It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maura Pelissier, age 44, of Manchester, NH, who departed this world surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Born with a vibrant spirit, Maura graced the lives of everyone she met with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. Her life was a testament to the power of compassion, resilience, and a love that knew no bounds.
Maura was a devoted wife, a cherished friend, and a pillar of strength for her community. Her passions extended far and wide, from her creative pursuits to her deep commitment to making the world a brighter place. Whether through her laughter, her generosity, or her boundless energy, Maura left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
An accomplished athlete, Maura was an avid swimmer at Manchester Central High School, where she excelled in the sport and earned recognition for her talent and dedication. Her achievements in swimming led to scholarship offers from both the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and Villanova University. Ultimately, she chose to attend UNH, where she continued her athletic pursuits and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Professionally, Maura built a distinguished career at TD Bank, where she worked for 20 years. Throughout her tenure, she assumed roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately achieving the position of Senior Governance & Control Specialist. Her colleagues admired her dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Maura’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving family: her devoted husband Shane Pelissier; her beloved daughter Molly Pelissier; her parents, Richard and Patricia Molan; and her two loyal dogs, Buddy and Dwight, who brought her immense joy and companionship. She is also remembered fondly by a wide circle of friends who were touched by her remarkable presence. Her legacy will live on through all who carry forward her spirit of love and kindness.
We invite you to join us for calling hours on Wednesday, December 18th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with a church service to follow from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Both will be held at One Church, 1308 Wellington Rd, Manchester, NH. We look forward to sharing this time with you.
Though she may no longer be with us in person, Maura’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and grace will remain a guiding force for years to come.
