Pauline F. Dobek Born in Trenton, NJ in 1934, she saw Bruce Springsteen play at a local high school before he ever thought of E-Street, Pauline Dobek was a “Jersey Girl.” On January 28, 2025, she passed away peacefully at her home -- Havenwood Heritage Heights in Concord, NH. She is reunited with her late husband, Joseph John Dobek Jr., who passed in March of 2011.
Thank you to Havenwood for all they gave and did for Pauline. When she moved in, she was still her “husband’s wife.” Once there, she regained her own identity. Reclaiming her high school nickname, “Polly.” While at Havenwood, she enjoyed being on the Dining Hall Committee and
watching her “Patriots.”
Polly is survived by her son, Jay Dobek, and grandchildren, Jackson Dobek, Alisha Jacobs, and Maydson Olhman. She also has two great- grandchildren, Kaden and Clayton.
A short ceremony will be held on Friday, February 14th at Noon at the New Hampshire Veterans’ Cemetery, Boscawen, NH. Following the ceremony, there will be a gathering of family and friends at Havenwood Heritage Heights’ Great Room located at 33 Christian Ave, Concord, NH 03301.
